Surekha - Handwoven Merino Scarf

Named after the first female doctor in India - Anandi, these napkins are minimalist, effortless, stylish and have an earthy feel to them. Their neutral palette will also compliment any of your dishes.

Handcrafted and handwoven in a small village situated in the valley of Gods – Kullu, the designs have been inspired from local motifs which were discontinued by the society 30 years back to cater to a market which needed quick and cheaper shawls. Bringing a piece of heritage and craftsmanship to our customers makes them more meaningful to both our artisans and our customers.

Since then, the cooperative has been weaving beautiful textiles and has been given various National and International awards like the National Award Gold, Handloom Weavers National Award, Internationally recognized Woolmark certification for their quality craftsmanship.
