Your food deserve the best. Slow-brewed with fragrant chili oil, aromatic "fu zhi" soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a host of other spices, our zhong sauce fits the bill. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — so intensely delicious, it’s hard not to put it on everything. Pair it with: dumplings or noodles, flatbreads, drizzle on grilled fish, and toss with roasted vegetables.
